1. Do I have to pay an application/membership fee to register with Truck Breakdown Repair?
No. Registering with Truck Breakdown Repair is completely free. You will only pay when you use our repair/recovery services.

3. In the event that I break down, how can I contact you to submit a service call?
Just call our toll free number, 1-800 398-1666 to get prompt service across USA & all 10 Canadian Provinces 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Truck Breakdown Repair currently provides services in:
- With its own mobile truck repair shops in all of Greater Toronto Area of Southern Ontario, Canada.
- By our preferred Service Providers network in all of USA & Canada.
5. What is Truck Breakdown Repair mission statement?
Our mission statement is "To provide the fastest, most cost effective mobile truck repair and roadside assistance services in order to reduce our customers both equipment and administrative downtimes".
6. What types of vehicles does Truck Breakdown Repair provide services for?
We primarily provide all repair/recovery services for transport trucks, trailers and coaches. We also provide services for straight trucks and medium duty trucks.
7. Under what circumstances would your response times be greater than average?
Weather, current road conditions and other acts of nature do play a role in extended response times.
8. What methods of payment can I use to pay for your services?
We accept Visa, Master Card or American Express for Coordinated calls. However, we do accept T-Checks, Com-Checks, Fleet Checks, TCH Checks, Debit Card, Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards on completion of service call. Customers who have opened a credit account may pay by company check as per our credit terms.
9. What methods of payment can I use to pay for your services?
A cancellation fee of $35.00 + G.S.T. will be charged to you or your account. Credit card customers will also be subject to the credit card surcharge (between 2% to 3.5%).
10. What methods of payment can I use to pay for your services?
If it is early enough and the service provider that was dispatched decides that he will not be sending an invoice to Truck Breakdown Repair for his time, than you will only be charged a cancellation fee of $35.00 + G.S.T. Credit card customers will also be subject to the credit card surcharge (between 2% to 3.5%).
If however, the service provider decides that he will be sending an invoice to Truck Breakdown Repair for his time, you will not only have to pay the full cost of the service providers invoice, you will also have to pay the full Truck Breakdown Repair coordination fee. Credit card customers will also be subject to the credit card surcharge (between 2% to 3.5%).
11. What happens in the event my vehicle cannot be repaired roadside?
We will immediately contact you to inform you that your vehicle can not be repaired roadside. At that time, you will have the option to call your own tow truck company or to have Truck Breakdown Repair coordinate the towing of your vehicle to the closest service station.
12. How can I be assured that the information I submit online is secure?

13. What will the information I provide to you during my registration be used for?
We use the information you provide to us during registration to enhance our services and better meet the needs and specifications of our customers.
14. Will Truck Breakdown Repair ever sell or give my personal information to a third party?
Truck Breakdown Repair understands the importance of privacy to our customers. We will never sell or give confidential or personal information about our customers to any third party, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services to our customers.
15. When will I be billed for my service call?
Our goal is to send you your invoice as quickly as possible.
16. Does Truck Breakdown Repair keep a percentage of the service providers invoice amount?
No. Truck Breakdown Repair does not keep a percentage of the service providers invoice amount. We pay our vendors 100% of the amount they invoice us.
17. How do I apply to become an account holder?
Please click on the "Customer" button located on the left hand side of our website. You are asked to complete and submit this form that will give us all of your company information and any special instructions you may have. Once you have submitted your application to become a customer, we will contact you within 24 hours. We will issue you your own Account Number.
18. How can I update my customer profile if any of my personal or corporate information has changed?
Submit your query on our Contact Us page. We will contact you and verify the info submitted and thereafter, we will promptly update your customer profile.
19. How can I cancel my Truck Breakdown Repair registration?
Simply call our office during regular business hours which are Monday to Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., Eastern Standard Time, and ask for a customer service representative who will be happy to assist you. You will be asked a series of questions in order to prove your identity before you are allowed to remove your company from our database.
20. What are the service rates of Truck Breakdown Repair?
Our rate plans are:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Service Call - $70/hour, Service Rate - $70/hour min of 2 hours
Monday to Friday: After 5:00PM to before 9:00 AM - Service Call $85.00/hour, Service Rate - $85/hour min of 2 hours
Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: Service Call $95.00/hour, Service Rate - $95/hour min of 2 hours
Fuel Charge: $1:00/mile beyond 30 miles
21. Can you tell me how much the service call will cost before you start the dispatch process?
It is not possible to tell you how much the service call will cost before we start the dispatch process. The reason is that we do not know exactly how long it will take to complete the call and what parts, if any will be required to repair the equipment.
22. Will I be notified after my service call is completed?
Yes. You will be notified after your service call is completed. We like to communicate with our customers from the beginning of the call to the end of the call.
23. What additional information will I need to provide to Truck Breakdown Repair for a truck or trailer repair service call?
You will need to provide us with the exact problem with the truck or trailer including the location of the problem and any other details that might help us to get your vehicle repaired faster.
24. What additional information will I need to provide to Truck Breakdown Repair for a tire service call?
You will need to provide us with the exact location of the tire. For example, LFI (Left Front Inner), RRO (Right Rear Outer), LCI (Left Centre Inner), etc. We will also require the exact size of the tire. For example, 11R22.5, 11R24.5, etc.
25. What additional information will I need to provide Truck Breakdown Repair for a tow related service call?
You will need to provide us with the exact description of the vehicle and the weight of the vehicle including the load, if loaded. If the vehicle needs to be towed to a different location, we will also require the exact delivery location.
